I have been in the Fitness industry from the age of 18 where I worked at Bally's Health Club as a Aerobics instructor.
I am Self-educated in the ways of Nutrition and Fitness.
In 2011 I started on My weight loss journey from weighing 200 pounds to 130 pounds in 2016.
One of my Favorite forms of workout is Zumba Fitness and Weight Training.
Eating Healthy, Exercising and Taking Care of my body with Natural Products are Essential part of living a Healthy Lifestyle.
I am also Gluten Free for over 3 years now.♥
